A few days earlier Buy fifa coins, 15 March, Volunteer Program for 2014 FIFA World Cup
Brazil began its 4th stage selection. 3600 specialist candidates assigned to 12
different host cities are informed to have face-to-face interview in
English.
The selection will last nearly a month, to end on 13 April. Last week
interviews took place in Belo Horizonte, Brasilia, Cuiaba, Curitiba, Rio de
Janeiro and Sao Paulo, and more cities will join in as selection continues. If
you were lucky to be one of the candidates, please visit the 2014 FIFA World Cup
Brazil website, find information in Volunteer section as early as possible. You
will also get an official inform at the same time.
The purpose of the 4th stage interview is to test candidates’ qualities and skills to see if they are competent in their specialist areas, including media, medical service, transportation, competition and etc. English speaking test is must for every candidate though.
If candidates are not chosen at this stage, they still have chance to work as general volunteers if there are vacancies. Candidates should make sure their contact information is valid. FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee Volunteer Management will reach them through email. Candidates have already gone through group discussions from October when enrolment finished to December 2013, and general online courses from December to January 2014. During that period candidates have already been allocated to different specialist areas, based on a comprehensive analysis of their profile, their availability, their preferred area, and their result of general online training. Those chosen in 4th stage will attend specific web training for their responsible area starting on 15 April. In June they will be taken to tour and be trained on-site in their working city as the last preparation.
2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil Volunteer Program initially enrolled 152,101 volunteers. Now 21,000 are still under selection, in the end there will be total 15000 volunteers serving the World Cup.
